What are we looking for?

We are looking for a customer service representative for our new call center located in JLT. Your main responsibility will be to assist any inquiries from our online customers worldwide by phone and e-mail.

What are we looking for?

  • Provide basic support for our online customers by replying emails and phone calls.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, required - minimum 2 years
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluency in English, orally and written
  • Structured and full of energy
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment with a high pace
  • Flexibility and willingness to lend a helping hand to your colleagues if needed
  • Based in UAE
